What small business owners say about partnering with Accounting Atlanta
Accounting Atlanta took over the bookkeeping in our second year of business. They have been taking good care of us for 18 years! During that time, we’ve added 2 locations to the practice. Accounting Atlanta has seen us through the recession, growth, the pandemic, bank fraud and every bump in between. They also manage the accounting software and business licensing. Bills are paid weekly and financials are provided monthly.
Lynne set up my books in Quickbooks desktop software and set up the payroll service. She submits the payroll and sales tax monthly. I create the invoices and record the payments and she handles everything else, including the 1099s. She is always available if I have questions and the books are on time for tax return preparation. Accounting Atlanta also handles my business license and state registration. If there are issues with the software, they serve as contact point for customer support. I trust them completely!
Accounting Atlanta has been doing our bookkeeping since 2007. Referred by our CPA, they’ve provided a valuable business service through many changes. They conduct the workers compensation insurance audits, produce the 1099s and handle the business license. During the pandemic they handled the PPP reporting and compliance. They provide as little or as much time as we need.
Accounting Atlanta set up the accounting system and payroll service when we opened in 2018. They taught me how to use the software functions that I manage and they handle the rest. Financials are provided monthly. Accounting Atlanta handles the 1099s and business licensing. When we decided to switch CPAs they helped us vet the new practice and they coordinate with them for tax return preparation.
Lynne of Accounting Atlanta has been doing our bookkeeping since we opened the practice in 2015. She coordinates with our CPAs to complete the tax return. She does the work remotely but has come in, at times, to train/assist us with the Accounts Payable. Lynne is friendly, dependable and does excellent work.
Lynne was referred by our CPA to fix a problem with the sales tax feature in Quickbooks. She soon became our bookkeeper, entering the payroll and reconciling the accounts monthly. She takes care of the workers compensation insurance audit and sales tax reporting. She also assists us with various compliance requirements as needed. Lynne is always available to discuss our business needs and has been invaluable over the years.
Accounting Atlanta has been doing the books for our residential practice since 2010. In 2016 we expanded the practice to include commercial services. They produce the invoices for the residential portion and general bookkeeping for the practice. Accounting Atlanta has provided the accounting software and hardware. Lynne set us up with a timesheet program that coordinates with Quickbooks. We can always reach them for questions or meetings when needed.
Accounting Atlanta was referred by our CPA in 2009. They have provided reliable, friendly bookkeeping service through the years. They took care of the accounting software upgrades and changes in payroll service. When we needed a new CPA they referred a local practice. They also do a year-end review of the books for my wife’s business (a pharmacy). We highly recommend them!
